Mark is an amateur racing kart driver who found a love for competitive racing 2 years ago. In 2021 he entered his first full season of rental kart racing. The karts are supplied by the track but the championships are run independently in accordance with the guidelines set out by Motorsport UK.

Since starting in November 2019 at Teamsport Bristol as a complete novice his indoor race record stands at 36 wins, 21 second place and 19 third place podiums finishes across 183 races.

In 2020 he qualified for the local and regional finals at the British Indoor Karting Championship, not bad for his first year in karting. He repeated that in 2021, again reaching the regional finals and finishing 11th in the highly competitive middleweight class against some fierce competition.

Mark also competed in his first full season of outdoor karting in both SRK (Southern Rental Kart Championship) and CCKC (Castle Combe Karting Championship). In the CCKC he finished the season 13th overall out of 125 drivers. At SRK he finished 4th overall in the amateur class and 21st overall including the pro class. He also made a one off appearance for round 5 of the RapiKart Racing League at Herefordshire Raceway.

He is looking for sponsorship for 2022 that will help cover the costs of progressing further in the sport. Funding will help with entry into individual races and championships. During the 2022 season he will be entering the Southern Karting Championship, British Indoor Karting Championship, Castle Combe Karting Championships, Club 73, RapiKart as well as Invitational Endurance events.

Longer team in 2023 he is looking to purchase his own race kart and run an owner/driver racing team so is looking to develop a longterm sponsor relationship that would include full sponsorship branding on the kart. The opportunities here are massive including some television/live streaming potential and extended social media coverage.

Mark has an advert on SponsorHut which gives details of all the sponsorship opportunities he has. Head over to the “sponsor request” section of your account to find out more.
